Ben Bryan

Registered Kinesiologist

Ben is a passionate kinesiologist with a deep-rooted love for movement and sports, cultivated from an active childhood on the Sunshine Coast. Growing up playing hockey and lacrosse, he developed a strong appreciation for the role of physical fitness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in optimizing athletic performance.

After earning a degree in kinesiology, Ben gained hands-on experience working in the athletic therapy department at the University of British Columbia, where he supported athletes through injury assessments, rehabilitation, and recovery. His journey continued as a strength and conditioning intern and coach for varsity athletes, where he crafted tailored training programs focused on improving performance while preventing injuries.

Ben combines his expertise in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and strength training to help individuals of all levels enhance their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Whether working with athletes or clients looking to stay active and injury-free, he is committed to guiding others toward their full physical potential.

Outside of the clinic, you'll find Ben by the lake in the summer, playing hockey in the winter, and training in the gym year-round. He also enjoys exploring Kelowna’s restaurant scene and experimenting with new dishes at home.
