Chris Geistlinger
Massage
Chris recently graduated in December 2024 from the Registered Massage Therapist Program at First College in Kelowna and is awaiting the March board examinations to become a licensed RMT. Until then, he is unable to bill treatments through benefit plans but is excited to help people reach and exceed their physical goals by offering treatments at a greatly discounted rate.
Born and raised in the Okanagan, Chris has always lived an active lifestyle. His love for biking began in childhood, leading him to compete in BMX racing at a national level, progress to semi-professional freestyle riding, and eventually enjoy recreational mountain biking on the vast trails of BC. Riding can be tough on the body, and after experiencing a significant injury, Chris was inspired to pursue a career in helping others with their recovery.
With a strong background in industrial machining and firsthand experience recovering from major injuries, Chris brings a unique perspective to his practice. He tailors each treatment to the individual, using a variety of assessment and therapeutic massage techniques, including myofascial and deep tissue therapy, as well as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. While massage can provide essential therapeutic benefits, Chris also acknowledges that sometimes it simply feels good and can help overcome the next hurdle.
Believing in a full-spectrum approach, Chris works to maximize results by integrating treatment with existing programs and practices, introducing new techniques, and developing personalized home care programs to support long-term progress and well-being.
