Your appointment starts with a conversation
We'll start by asking what's been bothering you, how it's affecting work or everyday activities, and what you'd like to get back to. Your physical assessment may look at movement, range of motion, strength, and other musculoskeletal checks related to your concern. We'll use what we learn during that visit to shape your plan rather than following the same schedule for everyone.
Depending on your assessment, care may include hands-on treatment, guided exercise, movement education, or practical recommendations to try at home. We'll explain why an option may help and go over the alternatives with you. Results and timelines vary, and no treatment promises a particular outcome.

What to expect when you visit
We may send you intake forms before your appointment so your chiropractor has some background on your health history and the reason for your visit. After the assessment, we'll explain what we found and talk through the next steps in plain language. Treatment may begin at your first appointment when appropriate.
We also offer Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, and Kinesiology at the clinic. If another discipline may be useful, your chiropractor will discuss it with you. We'll only recommend coordinated care when it fits your needs and you agree with the plan.

Some street spots are paid Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and others are free. Regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed on Sunday. Holiday and practitioner hours can vary, so please check the time in your booking confirmation.
